This project revolutionizes local food production by replacing imported soybeans with cultivated Koro or Jack beans, boosting farmer incomes, creating new jobs for women, and strengthening local markets. It cuts carbon emissions, improving soil health through regenerative farming, and building a resilient food system.

Progress

  • Training on sustainable bean cultivation for 40 farmers
  • Training on tempeh processing
  • Product development research
  • Market expansion and commercialization

Highlights
