Where possible, we will provide information in alternative formats, such as hard copy, on request. We will tell you if there is a charge for providing you with this information.

If you can’t find the information you require, make a request under the:
- Freedom of Information Act 2000 – for information about the British Council and its work
- Data Protection Act – for information we hold about you
- Environmental Information Regulations – for information that relates to or affects the environment.
Older or historical information
If you’re looking for older information, contact us and we will do our best to help. Some older information may have been destroyed in line with records retention guidelines.
