This project addresses the shortage of grass and the problem of land degradation affecting local herders & their yaks and sheep in the Axiu community - a vital peatland. Through collective grass seeding the project seeks to restore Tibetan ecological relationships and renew the traditional bonds between humans, land and other sacred living beings.

Progress

  • Local knowledge sharing through storytelling for more than 200 people
  • Intergenerational dialogue
