This project empowers women from disadvantaged communities in Essonne by providing them with training in sustainable entrepreneurship, public speaking, and self-confidence.

Highlights
Reaching women who have few opportunities and creating a genuine safe space for connection and mutual support through a ‘coaching circle’. Many of the women are also learning about climate change and sustainability for the first time.
We are learning a lot about the important balance between livelihoods, motherhood and environmental concerns.
