We invite you to join our warm and engaging sessions exploring the power of public speaking – why it matters, how it builds confidence, and the practical steps young people can take to become stronger communicators. Our speaker will share insights from her personal journey, lessons learned through challenges, and her top strategies for speaking with clarity, confidence and impact.

The sessions will combine storytelling, practical tips and opportunities for self-reflection to inspire you and help you begin your public speaking journey.

About the speaker

Miriam Maku Amissah is a dynamic leadership coach and corporate trainer, with a passion for communication, youth empowerment and global engagement. With experience across banking, mining and asset management, Miriam uses public speaking as a tool to inspire, educate and connect people from diverse backgrounds. Known for her warm presence and practical insights, she has spoken at events, community programmes and leadership initiatives, helping young people build confidence and recognise the power of their own voices. With over a decade of professional experience and more than 500 training and coaching sessions delivered, she equips emerging leaders with practical tools to communicate clearly, influence boldly, and show up authentically.

As the Founder of MKANNA Konsult Ltd., Miriam is on a mission to help young voices rise – because she believes the world changes when confident, purpose-driven young people are brave enough to speak.
