The South Asia Regional Alumni UK webinar aims to bring together expert UK Alumni from the region to discuss and explore trending topics affecting them and their communities. These discussions aim to connect UK alumni in the region and lead to possible solutions to challenges faced.

South Asia is emerging as a global leader in the development and deployment of Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI), including digital identity systems, payment platforms, and data governance frameworks. These systems are not only transforming everyday service delivery but are increasingly being leveraged as policy tools to drive inclusion, economic growth, and governance reform.

This webinar will position DPI beyond “everyday innovation” and instead focus on system-level leadership, policy design, and regional learning. It will bring together voices from across South Asia to explore how governments and institutions are designing and scaling these systems, and the role UK alumni can play in shaping this evolving landscape.

This is a virtual event, there is no registration fee to attend the event.
