Mīzān AI — Navigating the ESG Landscape with AI Powered Solutions, led by Syed Saad Ali Pasha, empowers SMEs, students, and UK alumni to translate ESG standards into actionable practices. The project developed a working AI platform, public website, and practical toolkit, enabling participants to map Scopes 1–3, draft KPIs, create evidence registers, and follow auditable ESG reporting workflows. Across workshops, labs, and panels in Islamabad and Karachi, 230 participants gained hands-on experience, moving from ESG confusion to actionable insights. Over 800 official training documents were curated, and lightweight tools such as carbon calculators, disclosure crosswalks, and a sustainability glossary were created. Strategic partnerships with universities, chambers of commerce, and business councils ensured broad reach and continuity. The project prioritised inclusion, hybrid access, and plain-language resources. Mīzān AI’s reusable platform and toolkit provide a durable foundation for ESG capability-building, skills development, and ongoing community engagement beyond the grant period.
