Johnathan Cruise, Emerging Researcher

Johnathan is an Emerging Researcher. He works on various projects, primarily dynamic assessment in machine driven learning and young learner assessment literacy and standardisation projects. Before moving back to the UK in 2022, Johnathan managed a pool of researchers in China and project managed initiatives such as IELTS Learner Pathways and Speak Up during COVID. Johnathan has over 15 years' of experience as an examiner manager and examiner trainer and over 20 years' experience as a college teacher in EFB, ESP, ELT, and language teacher trainer and was trained in general primary education in the UK.
