2 people looking at somewhere in front of them

In a world where leaders might be encouraged to be insincere and self-seeking, one of the most powerful impacts comes from leading authentically — with clarity of purpose and strong core values.

Youth Connect Live invites you to two inspiring connected sessions on purpose-driven leadership, exploring how staying true to your principles can transform not only your own path but also the communities you serve. Together, we’ll dive into what it means to lead with integrity, align your actions with your values, and overcome the barriers that make authenticity challenging.

To help you prepare, here are some reflection prompts you may want to think about before joining:

  • What qualities or values do I currently believe are essential to effective leadership?
  • In what ways do I feel most authentic when I lead others, and when do I find it challenging to stay true to myself?
  • Reflecting on past leadership experiences, when did I feel most aligned with my personal values, and what was the outcome?
  • What fears or barriers might prevent me from leading in a way that is true to myself?
  • How do I define my core leadership values, and how do I want those values to influence my actions and decisions as a leader?
