Atir Guliyeva is a leading specialist at the Partnership in Education and Project Management Department of the Institute of Education of Azerbaijan, under the Ministry of Science and Education. Atir holds a Master's degree in Education for Sustainable Futures from the University of Glasgow. She serves as the SDG 4 Ambassador for the British Council's Alumni UK platform. She is a lecturer at Khazar University and serves as Vice President of the University of Glasgow Azerbaijan Alumni Association.

Luo Chen Jun is a community leader and social impact advocate who founded Uplift, a ground-up initiative empowering vulnerable families and children in Singapore through mentorship, sponsorship, and kindness workshops. He previously held regional trust and safety roles at Meta and Tinder. Recognised as a British Council Global Ambassador for Gender Equality (SDG 5) and a Singapore Silent Heroes finalist, Chen Jun's work has been featured in The Straits Times and CNA.

Urvashi Prasad is a public health and policy leader with over 15 years of experience across government, academia, philanthropy, and civil society. As Director in the Office of the Vice Chairperson at NITI Aayog, she contributed to India's COVID-19 response. An alumna of the University of Cambridge, University of Birmingham, and the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, Urvashi works at the intersection of science, and systemic reform to advance equity in health and development.
