Real change does not happen in isolation - it takes collective power. This space is a welcoming, supportive home where you can connect with people who truly understand your experiences and share your values. When we come together, we learn from each other, lift up each other’s voices, and build the collective energy needed to drive lasting, inclusive change across higher education, professional environments, and local communities worldwide.

Join us in building collective power.

Whether you have personal lived experience with a disability, support colleagues or students, or simply passionate about building a more inclusive world, the Disability Inclusion Community of Practice is here for you. We warmly welcome all Alumni UK members who wants to learn, contribute, and advance disability inclusion both locally and across the globe.

The DI CoP Journey

If you support disability inclusion then get involved, in whatever way you can.

We know life gets busy and everyone has different amounts of time and energy to give, and we respect that. That is why there is no pressure here. You can get involved in whatever way works best for you. Every single connection, whether you are leading a project or checking in for updates, adds real values to the community.

You do not need any particular expertise to join us - what matters is your lived experience and your commitment to disability inclusion.
