What are the five ways to well-being?

With the Mental Health and Well-being resource, you and your students can explore the different ways to develop positive well-being.

Try simple activities such as creating a gratitude quilt, designing an international peace garden or having fun with active games. Then take time for guided reflection on the best ways to improve wellbeing for ourselves and others.
