This session brought together leading voices from Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka to explore how neurodiversity - including autism, ADHD, and dyslexia - is understood and addressed in workplaces across South Asia. Panellists examined the barriers neurodivergent individuals face in the transition from education to employment, shared practical strategies for inclusive hiring and workplace adaptation, and discussed the role of policy and organisational leadership in driving lasting change.
