Content Workflow is a platform supplied by Bynder that allows the British Council and external collaborators to plan and produce web content, all in one place. This helps you to draft, review, approve, and publish content to meet demanding deadlines.

Privacy notice
The British Council complies with the UK GDPR and other countries' privacy laws that follow international best practice. The British Council will be the Controller of your data and Bynder will be the Processor of this data. We will use your name and email address to set up your account so you can work on the projects identified above, intended for British Council public digital platforms. No additional personal or special category data will be added to Content Workflow besides the comments and content you create yourself. We encourage contributors to refrain from including personal data in comments, which should be objective and focussed on the work in progress. The legal base for processing your personal data is performance of your contract for British Council design and content creation work. Your contributions will be shared with Bynder and external collaborators, where used, and may be transferred internationally and processed in other countries in which case it will be protected by EU Standard Contractual clauses and the UK Addendum.
Your design work will be held indefinitely in accordance with your contract. We will only hold your personal data for the duration of the project. Once projects have finished we will delete all personal data. |
