Dr Sophia Pathai is a British-Indian medical doctor with a PhD in the biology of aging. Trained at University College London and the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, her research was among the first to identify biological markers of accelerated aging in diverse populations. She has led global medical teams at companies including AbbVie and Johnson & Johnson, and most recently helped advance longevity innovation in the Gulf. The Longevity Code is her first book—blending cutting-edge science with real-world insight to show how we can build resilience, improve healthspan, and live not just longer, but better.
Pullela Gopichand is one of India’s most respected sports leaders and a pioneer in high-performance coaching. A former All England Champion and Chief National Coach of Indian badminton, he has guided multiple Olympic medalists and reshaped the nation’s sporting mindset through his philosophy of discipline, resilience, and balance. Honoured with the Padma Bhushan, Padma Shri, and Dronacharya Award, he continues to redefine athlete wellbeing and human potential. The Longevity Code is his first book, co-authored with Dr. Sophia Pathai, uniting science and sport in the pursuit of vitality, purpose, and enduring performance.
