The British Council is the United Kingdom’s international organisation for cultural relations and educational opportunities.
Learning Time with Timmy is an English language learning experience created by the British Council in partnership with Aardman for two to six year-old children. It is designed for children learning English as an additional language but it also suitable for very young native speakers of English. The apps are developed by Aardman with educational content and guidance from the British Council. They are wholly owned by the British Council.
