I’ve been working for the British Council for 1 year and a half

And all this time has been in Exams.

What do you enjoy most about your job as ‘Exams Manager’?
What I enjoy most about my job as the Country Exams Manager is the diversity of situations we find ourselves in daily, the challenges we are presented frequently and how much we can learn from colleagues and the leadership team.

How big is the Exams team in your country? 
We are 11 people in the team here. Ten of us are based in Sao Paulo and 1 is based in our office in Rio de Janeiro.

How many towns/cities do you deliver in in your country? 
We are currently delivering in 17 cities, in more than 22 venues. We aim at 25 cities for 2019/2020.

What is the biggest challenge you’re facing at the moment? 
The biggest challenge in Brazil is the geographical spread, once the country has 26 states across an area of 8.5 million square kilometers and over 208 million people. Brazil is the world's fifth-largest country by area and the fifth most populous.
