Using Skype, you can join these lessons in real-time and introduce your students to classrooms, experts and artists in other countries – without worrying about geographical, time or cost barriers.

As a registered user of Schools Online, you can access a specially selected collection of Skype lessons, chosen to help you get started on your school partnership journey. The collection is available in the ‘My Desktop’ area when you login and is updated regularly to bring you the most relevant Skype lesson and project ideas from teachers and partners like Microsoft, NASA and Penguin books.
If you find a lesson you want to take part in, all you have to do is click through and set up a basic profile on Skype in the classroom. Best of all, you only have to do it once – any other lessons you are interested in can be accessed directly without having to enter any additional login details.
