Youth in Action - are you a youth worker?
What is it about?
Are you a youth worker looking for opportunities for young people? If so, you are in the right place.
Youth in Action awards grants to groups of young people, youth workers and individuals who want to develop a project to:
- meet new people around Europe
- increase skills to help become more employable such as managing a project and growing confidence
- understanding their role in democratic society and becoming an active participant
- volunteer to serve a community.
Where can I go?
You can decide where to run the project. It could take place in your neighbourhood, with others across the UK or maybe with another group of like-minded young people in another European country.
What does it cost?
Funding can be provided to develop the project.
What is the duration of the project?
The project will run for three to 18 months.
