Nabeul Language Village

What is it about?

Ever wanted to explore what the English language means to other cultures? The Nabeul Language Village is situated in Tunisia and is hosting a 2-week event to bring together over 400 English speakers from around the UK and Tunisia to share insights, experience and develop skills.
 
The main aims of the Nabeul Language Village are to:
  • Create a linguistic environment to debate, discuss and explore the English language
  • Facilitate cultural exchange between Tunisians and UK students
  • Break down negative preconceptions and stereotypes 
  • And ultimately help individual's confidence, skills and language develop.

What does it cost?

The British Council and the Ministry of Higher Education cover all immediate costs.
 
Of the 25 places available, the British Council will cover 10 UK-Tunis-tickets. The Ministry of Higher Education will cover:
  • An additional 15 UK-Tunis-tickets
  • Transport to/from airport
  • Accommodation for duration of the trip
  • Daily pocket money to cover daily costs
  • Meals.
 

Am I eligible?

As long as you are a undergraduate university student studying in the UK you are eligible to apply.
 

What is the availability?

There are 25 places available.
 

What is the deadline?
