Montage Japan>Events>UK-Japan School Links Competition
Supported by: Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, Japan Society
The British Council launched a “UK-Japan 2008 School Links Competition” in May in order to enhance UK-Japan school exchange projects and to contribute to further development of future exchange projects. The winning schools (UK and Japan) will be invited for a 1-week study tour to join the award ceremony in Japan and visit their partner school.
The competition was open to teachers and pupils of primary and secondary (junior high and high) schools, who are participating in UK-Japan school links projects at the time of entry in the competition.

The award ceremony was held at the Japan Conference 2008 on 18th August 2008 in Tokyo.
