Participants must provide a post-visit report for dissemination purposes to their school(s), the co-ordinating LA and the British Council, six weeks after their overseas visit has taken place. Templates are provided for this purpose. Read post visit reports in our Reports and Themes section.

All reports should be submitted to us six weeks after return from overseas. Reports should be completed electronically and e-mailed to us.
