Skills for Employability Advisory Forum 2012

Skills for Employability Advisory Forum has been established to help the appropriate development of the Skills for Employability programme in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The main purpose of the Advisory Forum is to ensure that Skills for Employability is aligned with key vocational education and training priorities of the country. Advisory Forum creates links between education and industry and ensures appropriate steps are taken in response to the country education strategy.

Skills for Employability 5th Advisory Forum in UAE took a place on 14 October 2012 in Abu Dhabi. Considering previous feedbacks from last forums, the theme of the meeting focused on introducing ’Matrix standard’ and ‘Career Guidance’.

The Forum was attended by key stakeholders in education and training sectors who play major role in skills development. Find here the agenda and the list of members.
