Quality Assurance
Skills around the World: Syria
The Syrian government is aware of the importance and added value of quality assurance in the education system. It is currently working on a quality framework for all educational systems, including vocational education and training. The outcomes are not yet in place, but a Quality Assurance policy paper for vocational education and training and legislation to establish an accreditation body have been drafted and are waiting for governmental approval.
