Going Global 2013

Dubai World Trade Centre, 4 – 6 March 2013

Going Global 2013 is taking place in the heart of Dubai, one of education’s fastest growing territories. The event will offer sponsors and exhibitors the opportunity to increase their profile with leaders in international education while they debate to what extent internationalisation affects nations, communities and cultures around the world.

Going Global attracts ministerial officials, heads of universities and colleges, top level vocational figures, senior academic staff, directors of NGOs, business leaders, policy makers and impassioned visionaries from over 80 countries across the globe.

Skills, employability and enterprise will play a greater role than ever in this year's Going Global, with internationally renowned speakers and a host of exciting sessions including:

  • Creating the conditions for jobs and growth in a global economy
  • Does international collaboration really work?
  • English language: a skill for the globalised 21st century
  • Driving China's economy: can education deliver?
  • Enterprise: a vehicle of change?

Delegates will also be invited to a technical education and skills reception on Monday 4 March from 1600 to 1730 which will provide an outstanding opportunity for delegates with an interest in technical education and skills to meet and network.

Registration is now open. For more information, the latest announcements and to register to attend the conference please visit the Going Global website.
