The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) institutions offer short courses as well as 15 month courses that lead to the Technical School Leaving Certificate (TSLC). There are also two year apprenticeships and three year diplomas a similar level to Higher National Diplomas (HNDs), mostly in technical professions. CTEVT is responsible for certifying and accrediting all courses.
