Progression Routes
Skills around the World: Nepal
There is provision for progression between Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and general/academic education. Progression from secondary and post-secondary TVET leads to the labour market (link to research). However, the rate of employment is low. If students wish to progress from a TVET course to a general academic course, they have to take an entrance exam.
