Egypt

In Egypt, education is the foundation for the country’s future stability, development and prosperity. In recent years, the government has accorded even greater priority to improving the education system.

Basic technical and vocational education and training (TVET) in Egypt is provided through secondary education in technical and commercial schools and post-secondary education in training institutions.

Other forms of training include training through industry attachments (such as dual systems and apprenticeships), in-service training, and the re-training of people already in the labour force, both employed and unemployed.
