The curriculum development division of CTEVT:

Improves all curricula to be used within the TEVT system
Advises and assists other agencies in developing curricula
Maintains the database curricula and instructional materials
Designs new curricula according to needs identified by CTEVT as well as TEVT providers
Revises curricula according to the demands of the job market
Develops textbooks for its curricula
Designs and standardises the curricula of other training institutions.
