	UK International Health Links Funding Scheme (IHLFS)


	Supporting Health Links between developing countries and the UK

We will shortly be announcing the launch of a new funding scheme aimed at strengthening Links between UK health institutions and their counterparts in target developing countries.

The International Health Links Funding Scheme (IHLFS) is supported by the UK Department for International Development (DFID) and the Department of Health, and jointly managed by the British Council and THET, an international health charity. The three-year scheme will support Link activities that encourage the training of health staff and enhance the capacity of health systems in developing countries.
