Terms and Conditions

Payment:  Payment is due within 30 days of order.  The early bird rate of £150 is applicable for bookings made on or before Friday 2 October 2009.  Bookings made after this date will be charged at £180.  

Cancellations:  All cancellations must be by written notice to Nansi O’Connor, Events, British Council, 10 Spring Gardens, London  SW1A 2BN or by e-mail to aboveandbeyond@britishcouncil.org  Cancellations must be received at least 15 working days before the date of the conference (28 October 2009), in which case a full refund will be made.  Any cancellations received after this time will incur the full delegate fee, as will non-attendance.  Delegate substitutions will be accepted at any time.
