Tony Reilly is currently Director British Council Iraq. He has worked for the British Council for more than 20 years with postings in Ireland, South Africa, Turkey, Kuwait and Oman. He has a first degree in Sociology and English, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education and an RSA Diploma in Teaching English as A Foreign Language.
