Stephen Williams is Assistant Director, International Office at the University of Warwick. He is responsible for monitoring and enhancing the international student experience at Warwick through a process of continuous improvement. As the UK’s representative on the European Universities’ International Services in the Erasmus Mundus Framework (EMIS) project, Stephen has researched and co-authored a good practice guide on the delivery of support services to international students in Europe (November 2009). He also currently sits on the Steering Committee for the forthcoming UK Higher Education International Unit’s “Guide to Enhancing the International Student Experience”.
