Rod Le Roux has many years of human resource management experience at a director level in large South African and international corporations, in the retail and food manufacturing sectors. He is qualified to doctoral level and, since 1999, has held the position of Associate Professor at the University of KwaZulu Natal and, subsequently, the University of the Western Cape. Rod also runs a small, profitable consulting practice, PLGR Consulting, which focuses on organisational transformation, assessment and development of leadership and the development of teams. He served on the executive of various professional psychology societies in South Africa and was chairman of the Vuleka Trust – a faith based organisation specialising in personal growth and reconciliation. Rod helped conceive of the Profitnet South Africa programme and has acted as one of it’s local co-directors for the last three years
