Dr Leapetswe Malete is Deputy Director of the Office of International Education and Partnerships (OIEP) at University of Botswana. He is a senior lecturer at UB publishing on issues related to his discipline.  He joined OIEP as Deputy Director in 2006. Dr. Malete has presented two papers in the last two years to the International Education Association of South Africa on issues related to university partnerships in Africa. He received a PhD in Sports Psychology from Michigan State University, USA.
