Iman El-Kaffass is a visiting lecturer at the British University in Egypt. She is the Chair of the Board of Step-Up International Consultancy for Education Research, Training and Human Development. Iman El-Kaffass is the founding member of the Egyptian National Competitiveness Council and Chair of the Advisory Board of the Egyptian Education for Employment Alliance. She is also a member of the Supreme Council of Policies of the National Democratic Party and of the Egyptian Youth Council. Iman El-Kaffass has participated in the preparation of major education and youth development policies that have been adopted by the government of Egypt. Iman El-Kaffass holds a Ph.D. in higher education administration from Bowling Green State University, Ohio, USA.
