Fabrice Hénard joined the OECD IMHE programme in August 2007. He is currently the Analyst in charge of the IMHE work on Institutional Governance and the IMHE review of the Quality and Relevance of Teaching in Higher Education. Fabrice also works on the AHELO feasibility study where he deals essentially with interactions with stakeholders and the quality assurance aspects of AHELO.
Prior to joining the OECD, Fabrice was involved in the evaluation of public policies for about eight years, mostly in the educational sector. Fabrice spent four years at the French National Agency for the Evaluation of Research and Higher Education, as an evaluation coordinator carrying out institutional evaluations of French universities. In addition, he steered transnational reviews on convergence and mutual recognition of quality assurance systems.
