Emma Hardaker-Jones joined BP in 2007 as Head of Graduate and MBA Resourcing. Having successfully implemented a new approach to Graduate Resourcing, Emma's role broadened and she is now Head of Resourcing; Sourcing and Policy. Prior to joining BP Emma had been MD of the Early Career practice of Moloney Search, a boutique consultancy specialising in early career recruitment and development for FTSE 100 firms. Emma joined Moloney Search from Crystal Decisions (now owned by SAP) where she was HR Director, EMEA. Before Crystal Decisions, Emma was part of the founding team at an internet start-up, Skillvest.com,  where she was HR Director. Prior to Skillvest, Emma ran Early Career recruitment at both Prudential and the Bank of England.
