Elliott Rae is Director of the Education Practice at Veredus Executive Resouring, a UK-based headhunting company specialising in executive appointments in the public sector.  During his seven years with Veredus, Elliott has worked with a wide range of universities and government departments and agencies across the UK to appoint senior academics, senior management and non-executive roles. As searches for talent become global, Elliott has managed international search campaigns on behalf of clients including the University of London, Glasgow Caledonian University, the UK Commission for Employment and Skills and the Welsh Assembly Government. Elliott has presented on the theme of leadership and career management to organisations including the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education, the Association of Business Schools, the Academic Registrars Council and Universities Human Resources.
