David Pardoe is the programme manager for the Africa Knowledge Transfer Partnerships in Sub Saharan Africa, previous to this David was a project manager in the British Council in Ethiopia. David has worked for the British Council since 1998 and has worked for the British Council in Poland, Russia, Ukraine, Moldova and Ethiopia. David is currently based in the British Council office in Nairobi as part of the Sub Saharan Africa Regional team, he has a masters degree from Manchester University in Education Technology and is interested in issues in education and technology in developing countries.

David will be participating during the Power of partnerships: how partnerships in Africa support development sessions.
