Registration is now open! All delegates, including speakers and presenters, must register for Going Global. Please read the information and guidelines below before completing the online registration form.

The cost of the conference depends on your status, please see below to see if you are eligible for a reduced rate.

A number of payment options are available including paying by credit card. Unfortunately our online system does not operate in the following countries; Algeria, Argentina, Belarus, Bulgaria, Indonesia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Nigeria, Philippines, Romania, Russia, Ukraine. Delegates wishing to attend from these countries should contact our local British Council centre in-country to arrange registration. Click here for our list of British Council centres. Or if you have any problems completing the registration form please contact us.

1) Full delegate rate applies to all delegates attending from the OECD countries .

2) Discounted rate applies to;
   a) non-OECD delegates,
   b) participants that submitted unsuccessful proposals,
   c) members of the Education UK Partnership
   d) members of Association of Colleges
   e) members of the Accreditation UK Scheme'
   f) and sponsor invitees.

3) Contributor/speaker/staff rate applies to all those that contribute in someway to the content or the delivery of the conference.

4) Student rate A copy of student ID is required for the student rate.

5) One day rate allows access to all sessions on the day.

6) One day exhibition pass holders will NOT have access to the conference sessions or a Spotme.

7) Complementary pass for sponsors and press

INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL
Participants should make their own travel arrangements to and from the venue. We strongly advise all participants to make return reservations before leaving as it may be difficult to book homeward travel while in the UK.

TRAVEL AND MEDICAL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that you make your own arrangements for travel and medical insurance.

LETTERS OF INVITE
Unfortunately the British Council is unable to help facilitate with Letters of Invite or visas.

CANCELLATION TERMS
Cancellations confirmed in writing before Wednesday 24 February 2010 will be refunded minus an administration charge of £50. We regret that no refund can be made thereafter.
