Accommodation

Hotels in London are known to fill up fast. We therefore strongly encourage delegates to book their accommodation as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Corporate booking service

All delegates are responsible for making their own accommodation arrangements; however, to help you with your hotel booking, we have arranged preferential rates at a number of hotels near to the conference venue. The hotels selected are between a three minutes walk from the venue or a short tube ride away. Full details of the hotels are available through our online hotel booking service. When prompted for a reference please quote 0102GG

University accommodation

Staying in London University Accommodation is a convenient and affordable way to stay in London.  With brand-new rooms from £40, it is a comfortable and cost effective alternative to staying in a hostel or a hotel. Availability is mainly in the summer vacation period (June, July, August, September), when students clear their rooms.  Rooms typically become available two to three months in advance, so please revisit the website within that period if nothing is available now.

The London School of Economics also offers award winning, great value central London accommodation by opening residences as hotels in winter, spring and summer. Rooms are ideal for families, groups and individuals and great for those on a budget. Accommodation is in the West End; all sites are within reach of many of London’s most famous attractions.
