Baroness Usha Prashar is President of the UK Council for International Student Affairs (UKCISA) and has been an Honorary Vice President since 1987. She is Chair of the Judicial Appointments Commission, was until recently Chair of the Royal Commonwealth Society and was formerly First Civil Service Commissioner, Director of the National Council for Voluntary Organisations and the Runnymede Trust. She is currently Chancellor of De Montfort University.
