Thelma Rani has been working as a Teacher Educator in Chennai, India since 1988. She began her career in education as a primary school teacher, later moving on to college and MPhil Education. She has presented papers at national and international conferences on education. She is currently working on a project entitled ‘Empowering Women with E-Craft’.
