Dick Penny works as a Producer, Manager and consultant in the creative sector and is Managing Director of the Watershed Media Centre in Bristol. Watershed fosters cultural exchange and promotes engagement, enjoyment, diversity and participation in film, media, arts and the creative economy. Dick has produced theatrical productions such as the World Premiere of When the Wind Blows, which was adapted by Raymond Briggs from his book. He is currently playing a leading role in Connecting Bristol to develop a digital inclusion strategy for Bristol and is the Executive Chair at Bristol Old Vic Theatre.
