Pat Killingley is Director Higher Education and Education UK for the British Council. She has overall responsibility for higher education. She has been a member of the Prime Minister’s Initiative (PMI) strategy group and played a key role in developing the new strategy, which was launched in April 2006 by the Prime Minister. She has worked on a range of international university link programmes and has been responsible for education policy & practitioner dialogues across the world.

Pat has previously worked in the areas of employment, education and training and education management.
