Annette Kratz, Head of Centre for International Exchange & Development has worked in the field of international education for over 20 years both at Aston Business School and Keele University, having been responsible for international recruitment, student and staff mobility, EU-funded programmes: TEMPUS, TEMPUS-TACIS, LEONARDO, ERASMUS, JEAN MONET among others in this period. She has responsibility for international projects and the promotion of foreign languages to UK students and English Language teaching to international students.
