British Council

Leadership and young people (inclusive of people with disabilities) are an important focus for the British Council.

We want to support a generation of young people to be equipped with the skills and networks they will need to be active and self-sufficient actors in their local communities and as act as change makers globally, leading to stronger and more inclusive societies.

To support this ambition, we require market research to understand the needs of our audience and help us develop a portfolio of digital projects and offers. To that end we are issuing a Request for Proposal.

Two lots

This tender consists of two lots and suppliers are welcome to bid for one or both lots.

Lot 1 – secondary research into digital and leadership skills offers available to young people (women, men, disabled persons and underserved communities) across ODA (official development assistance) eligible countries, as defined by the OECD.

Lot 2 – primary research into the needs, views and preferences of young people (women, men, disabled persons and underserved communities) in Egypt, Nigeria and Pakistan. We need to understand what leadership skills programmes/ platforms will work best to suit their needs and help gain an understanding of how British Council can deliver this.
