What is the opportunity

Apply to develop a common framework to measure, monitor and evaluate the impact of Culture development cooperation programmes across the members of the Culture and Development Practitioners Network for European Development Cooperation.

The supplier will explore the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) methods and tools used by PN member organisations and other key stakeholders (e.g. UNESCO and EUNIC). This phase should include data gathering from PN members and result in a mapping of tools and indicators at various levels (local, national, project) to measure scales of impact, with identification of the main themes and commonalities. The information will be gathered remotely and explored further in an in-person workshop with network members, facilitated by the supplier.

The proposed budget to deliver the activity and associated outputs is up to the value of €10,000 inclusive of all costs as outlined above, expenses and VAT. This amount has been approved by the Practitioners' Network Steering Committee.

Within the project scope there is possibility of extension to cover a further phase, to be approved, to analyse the results, and produce a guide and case studies of best practice.  All resources developed as part of this project will be made accessible to the members of the Practitioners’ Network and the EU institutions as well as external interested parties.
