The British Council is part of a consortium providing technical assistance to support the delivery of the EU-funded Justice Reform Support Programme in Tunisia.
The project will strengthen the monitoring and management capability of the programme’s Justice Unit and will strengthen the capacity of stakeholders involved in the justice reform process.
It will also help to ensure access to justice is strengthened and that civil society organisations can effectively participate in the development and enforcement of the rule of law in Tunisia.
The project runs until 2017 and has a total budget of over €2 million. The British Council will work with its French partner Sofreco to deliver the project.
